Evasion was shot on the secluded shores of Krabi, the team and I discovered a mesmerizing blend of endless blue skies meeting the ocean’s embrace. This project, born from a collaborative fusion—myself from India, a model from Russia, a stylist from France, and a makeup artist from Ukraine—resulted in something truly magical. This shoot holds a special place in my heart; it not only brought diverse talents together but also earned the incredible honour of winning the 2015 first place IPA Award. It stands as a testament to the beauty of cultural amalgamation and teamwork. What made this shoot extraordinary was the spontaneity that filled the air. A day planned for recce turned into an impromptu photoshoot when we were awestruck by the breath-taking sky. Within two hours, amidst laughter and the refreshing waters, ‘Evasion’ came to life. Grateful for these cherished opportunities that allow me to capture life’s beautiful moments.
